In accordance with CDC recommendations surrounding COVID-19, TMA and TMAA have made the decision to cancel TexMed and ALLMED. Although ALLMED 2020 will not take place in Fort Worth, TMAA will reschedule its planned programming and transition the Annual Business Meeting to a virtual format.

The Annual Business Meeting previously scheduled to take place at ALLMED will instead take place on Friday, May 1, at 10 am. To attend the meeting, you must RSVP using the link below. Registration for the Annual Business Meeting will close on Friday, April 24 at 5:00 pm.

Other ALLMED programming will be rescheduled to take place throughout the year. The Annual Awards Luncheon has been tentatively rescheduled for Thursday, Sept. 10 at the Hyatt Lost Pines in Bastrop. Our special panel, Getting Your Needs Met in the Medical Marriage, is tentatively rescheduled for our Regional Conference, Oct. 2 in Abilene. More details will be made available soon.

Prepare for the Meeting

In order to ensure a smooth and efficient meeting, please be sure to do the following prior to our virtual meeting on May 1:

1) Register for the meeting no later than Friday, April 24
2) Submit your nomination(s) for the nominating committee (form here - due no later than Wednesday, April 29)
3) Review the 2020 Consent Agenda.
4) Read through suggested updates to TMAA bylaws. Bylaws changes will be subject to a vote during the meeting, so please submit any questions or concerns to TMAA staff prior to the meeting.
