Meeting Guidelines

• Click here to download and review the Consent Agenda prior to the meeting.
• Click here to download and review the suggested revisions to the bylaws.
• When you enter the meeting, you will be muted and your camera will be off. To minimize distractions and leave the focus on our speakers, we ask that you remain muted and leave your camera off unless you are called upon to speak.
• If you have questions or would like to contribute to discussion during the meeting, we ask that you use the "Raise Hand" feature in Zoom. This can be found under the "Participants" button. We will call upon attendees in the order in which we see hands raised, so please be patient and wait until you hear your name before unmuting yourself.

As always, we will be taking a vote to select the 4 people to serve on TMAA's Nominating Committee. If you would like to nominate a colleague for the committee, please follow the steps below:
