The Winter Fitness Challenge will begin Jan. 1, 2021 and runs through March 31, 2021.
Athlete: More than 10,000 steps OR more than 60 activity minutes per day
Active: Between 5,001-10,000 steps OR between 30-60 activity minutes per day
Casual: Up to 5,000 steps or up to 30 minutes of activity per day
